IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
We ship PAN India. The shipping is free within India

IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

COD is not available with us now

DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
No, as of now we do not ship internationally.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship items in 3-4 days. It can take 3-5 days more for you to receive it depending on the time taken by the delivery partner.

CAN ORDERS BE CANCELLED?

Please note that orders placed cannot be cancelled. Even if they aren't shipped because we manage our production as per the orders received and do not function on large inventory

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Our policy has changed. Please note that for all orders placed after 6th September, are only available for Exchange. Orders cannot be returned. 

For people who placed the orders prior to 6th September or on 6th September - their orders can be returned as well as exchanged [Bank account refunds for PREPAID orders, Credit Refunds for COD. Please note that store credits issued are applicable only for 4 months from date of issue]. To place a return for orders before 7th Sept, please message your Order ID and request on our Instagram ID @ipsofacto.in

ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY ONCE. THIS MEANS THAT IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN EXCHANGED - IT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED AGAIN

WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within the 7 day return period. If you have received a faulty item please follow the same steps listed above for return. You will need to upload images of the damage in order for the team to investigate. We will refund the amount upon return.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT THE COLOR THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE?
Please bear in mind due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture. Although every effort is made to photograph garments in truest form and describe these in detail, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the product.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN PICK UP SERVICE FOR ITEMS THAT I NEED TO EXCHANGE?
